Meet Our Physicians

Dr. Marisa Rosales was born in Irving, TX. She is the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2007! WHOOP! After graduating from Texas A&M University, she received her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency as well as an additional year as Chief Resident at UAMS/Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, AR.  She has been practicing at ABC Pediatrics since 2015.  The most cherished part of her career is watching her patients grow up through the years and forming a connection with her patients as well as their families. Dr. Rosales and her husband Eric share 2 precious boys, Jagger and Cru. They also have an Austrailian shepherd “fur-son” Stoney.   She enjoys spending time outdoors, adventures with all her boys, being crafty, organizing, and traveling.
